The DVF 5000 may be the smallest member of this 5-axis family, but don’t underestimate this workhorse. The 500 mm rotary table can handle parts up to 882 pounds, and the beefy machine construction ensures that parts are cut with precision.
All the bells and whistles are standard on the DVF 5000 so this machine is ready to go on day one. This includes a CAT40/BIG PLUS® taper built-in 18,000 r/min spindle, absolute glass scales on XYZ axis and angular optical encoders on B and C axis. A FANUC 31i-B5 CNC controller makes full 5-axis simultaneous control (all axis feeding at once) possible, giving full contouring capabilities.
